Getting Into The Holiday Spirit

A two panel, full color comic. In the first panel, Emily, a young woman with glasses dressed in a baggy hoodie and plaid pajama pants, jumps and spreads her arms out in front of a purple and orange background, yelling "It's time to decorate for Halloween!" Around her, small symbols of the season float around: a little ghost, a jack o lantern, candy corn, a bat, a witch's hat and broom. In the second panel, Emily leans down by a coffee table, next to two snake candle holders. Em, Emily's roommate, sits on the couch in front of the table, holding their phone up casually. They address Emily: "Aren't these candlesticks always out?" Emily, eyes closed and posturing, replies "Yes but now they're on the coffee table."
